Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 July 2026

These terms govern your use of FrameGrid. We have tried to write them plainly and without fine print. Using the service means you accept them.

The service is operated by Klimovitch Alexander, Israeli Licensed Dealer no. 308978956.

Your photographs — the most important clause here

All rights in the photographs you upload are yours, and yours alone. FrameGrid acquires no rights in them, at any stage, in any form.

You grant us exactly one limited technical permission: to store your photographs, process them into a social-media-ready version, and publish them to the accounts you connected yourself — according to your instructions.

We will not use your photographs for any other purpose. Not for our own marketing, not for demonstrations, not to train any system, and not for display to any third party. If we ever wish to feature your work to showcase FrameGrid, we will approach you personally and ask for written permission — and that will be an entirely separate agreement from this document.

This permission ends the moment you delete the content or your account.

What the service is

FrameGrid lets photographers organise images into galleries, compose Instagram posts and stories from them, schedule them, publish them automatically, and track performance. It also includes an optional personal financial planning tool.

We add capabilities and improve the service continuously. We may change, add, or remove features; if we remove a material feature you rely on, we will give you advance notice.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and acting as a business. You must provide accurate details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

The account is personal and intended for a single business. Do not share it with other photographers or transfer it without our consent.

Your responsibility for content

By uploading content to the service, you represent that:

  • You took the photographs, or you otherwise hold full rights in them.
  • You hold the consents required from the people photographed to publish the images on social media.
  • The tags you enter are accurate and you are entitled to tag those accounts.
  • The content does not infringe third-party rights and is not unlawful.
  • The content complies with the community guidelines and terms of Instagram and Facebook.

We do not pre-screen or moderate content. Full responsibility for the content and its publication rests with you.

The Instagram connection

Publishing is carried out through Meta’s official interface and is subject to Meta’s terms. You connect your own account and may disconnect it at any time from the settings page.

Certain limits are outside our control and are set by Meta: the maximum number of publications per day, the supported media types, and the rule that private accounts cannot be tagged. We cannot work around them.

If Meta changes its interface, restricts an account, or refuses a publication, we cannot guarantee the post will go out. In such a case we will show you the error and let you retry.

Payment

As of the date of this document, the service is provided free of charge during an early testing phase and existing users are not billed.

A monthly subscription of ILS 159 per month (VAT included) will be introduced later. We will notify you before billing begins and will not charge you without your explicit approval.

We may in future offer additional capabilities for an extra fee on top of the base subscription — for example capabilities that consume significantly more storage or resources. The base subscription will continue to include what it includes.

The subscription is monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and no pro-rata refund is given for the period already paid, unless required otherwise by law.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. There may be interruptions for maintenance, upgrades, or because of a failure at one of our infrastructure providers.

The service depends on external providers — Meta, Supabase, and Vercel. An outage or policy change on their side may affect the service, and we are not responsible for their operation.

Backup

FrameGrid is not a backup service and is not a substitute for your own archive. Do not rely on it as the only copy of your work. Always keep your own copy.

Note in particular: the service converts photographs into a social-media-ready version, and in some cases the original full-resolution file is deleted after conversion. The version we retain is intended for social publishing, not for printing or delivery to your client.

Liability

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be free of faults, and we do not promise any business outcome — follower count, reach, or enquiries.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage or lost profits. In any event, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Ending the relationship

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. See the Data Deletion page.

We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these terms, that harms the service or other users, or where legally required. Except in serious cases, we will give you advance notice and an opportunity to export your content.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv District have exclusive jurisdiction.
